To create blocks:
  1. From the persona menu, select Academics
  2. Under Scheduling, select Schedule Outline
  3. Click Blocks 
  4. Select the appropriate school level.
  5. Click Add Block.
    1. Select the appropriate group type.
    2. Enter the block name (block names cannot be changed once the block has been created).
    3. Select if the block is active or inactive.
    4. Click Save & Add Another or Save & Close.
  6. For each group type, click Edit Order to change the order in which the blocks are listed.
    1. Use drag and drop to adjust the order of blocks.
    2. Click Save & Close.
Blocks that are in use cannot be deleted; instead, use inline editing to change the status to inactive.
