Matched constituents are not processed automatically when there is a 100% match

Matched constituents are not processed automatically when there is a 100% match and the import is setup to process automatically between 100%-10%. A manual review is still required when it should not be under these settings.
Enable the 'Auto-match duplicates in batch' option under Administration, Configuration, Enable/Disable Matching.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Go to Administration\Import
2. Set up an import process using the Constituent Update Batch template
3. Map the following fields:
  • Last name
  • First name
  • Address
  • City
  • State
  • Zip

4. On the Constituent matching tab, set the following:
  • Check for records that match existing constituents
  • Process automatically Matched constituents 100-70 %
  • Review constituents Possible matches 69-9%
  • Create new record No match 8-0%
5. Run the import process
6. Open the batch and see the message "This constituent might be a duplicate. Click here to view"
7. Upon clicking that message the Possible duplicate matches window opens and see that there is a 100% match for an existing record, yet this record was not processed automatically as expected per the settings.
