Runtime error 91: object variable or with block variable not set - when opening calendar in Outlook

When RE is integrated with Outlook 2013 32-bit, users may receive this error in Outlook the first time a calendar item is added after Outlook is launched.

Error:
Runtime error 91: object variable or with block variable not set

After clicking through the error, no further errors occur and items can be added to the calendar without issue. Close and re-open Outlook and process repeats. This happens whether or not The Raiser's Edge application is open.
This was resolved in The Raiser's Edge 7.96, patch 4, released in May 2017 and applied to databases in Blackbaud Hosting Services. If your database is installed locally, download and install the latest version and patch, if applicable.
