Why is the Contract Type I Just added not displaying? If I try to add another one for that same type and year the year is grayed out.
This was because the Category Type on Contract Type was not selected when the Contract Type was added.
Next to Contract Type - Contract Type is the Bold Name ie Day and the Category is the name in (parenthesis)
Click the Edit button
In the Category Dropdown select a Category
Once you select the Category all the Contracts that were created as that Category and Contract type now are displayed
