BBIS: Birth date missing from BBISSignups batch in CRM when added through registration form

When you add a date of birth when filling out the BBIS registration form it isn't pulled through to the BBISSignups batch in CRM.
We are currently evaluating this issue.

Steps to Duplicate



Online with BBIS

1. Go to the registration form on BBIS

2. Fill out the registration form with name, address details and enter a date of birth e.g. 25.11.1980
3. Add account information on the bottom of the form and click send


In CRM

1. Go to the Web functional area
2. Go to the Transactions tab and click Download for the BBIS Signups under Pending transactions
3. For the uncommitted BBISSignups batch expand and click Edit batch

Notice that the birth date you added from the registration form is missing
