1. Go to the source constituent record that will be deleted.
  2. Go to the Relationships tab.
  3. Under Employment History, click on the green downward arrows next to the employment history and click Delete.
  4. Go to Constituents > Duplicates > Merge two constituents.
  5. Complete the merge again.

NOTE: If there are duplicate employee records in both the source and target records, remove the employee from the source organization and then re-try the merge.
