How to find the No Decision number of Newly Accepted Candidates on the Contract Summary Totals report

The Contract Summary Totals report is broken up into 2 sections, Re-Enrollment and Newly Accepted Candidates.  To find the breakout details for the No Decision Newly Accepted Candidates numbers a work list can be used.
  1. Navigate to Enrollment Management > Admissions > Worklists list
  2. Click Add new worklist, give it a name and click Save.
  3. Click on the edit icon, click Add criteria, and add the following Criteria to the work list:
    • Entering Year: [Same year as report]
    • Entering Grade: [Enter Desired Grade Level]
    • Decision: [Mark All Candidate Decision options]
    • Contracts: Select All
  4. Click Apply and then click Run Results.
  5. Create and Run a second work list with the following Criteria:
    • Entering Year: [Same year as report]
    • Entering Grade: [Enter Desired Grade Level]
    • Decision: [Leave all unmarked]
    • Contracts: Select All
We are not able to select the No Decision group but they will show in the list when nothing is marked.  Any Candidate that shows in the second list and not on the first list will be No Decisions from the report.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Navigate to Enrollment Management > Analysis > Reports
  2. Search for  Contract Summary Totals
  3. Click Run
  4. The Newly Accepted Candidates numbers for No Decision does not show any details.
