When generating contracts the Deposit amount is listed as $0.00

Note: As of July 9, 2018, Blackbaud's School Management solutions (which include Core, onBoard, onCampus, onMessage, and onRecord) are utilizing a new top level navigation. When generating contracts the Tuition amount shows correctly but the Deposit amount is listed as $0.00.  Where is the Deposit amount entered in the Contract Form.
  1. In onBoard
  2. Go to Settings, Contract Forms
  3. Click the Form option to edit
  4. Navigate to the Deposit Section where the Deposit Options are located
  5. Click the Block Setting button in the Deposit Options section
  6. Enter the Deposit Amount and click Save

Steps to Duplicate

  1. In onBoard
  2. Go to Settings, Contract Forms
  3. Click the Form option to edit
  4. Click to Generate Contracts...
  5. The Deposit Amount is listed as $0.00
