Users may notice the information under the Revenue History tab of a constituent’s record does not load when applying a revenue filter that is based on a selection.
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Log into CRM and navigate to the Constituent functional area. 2. Select the Constituent Search task. 3. Search for any constituent that has a large number of donations. 4. Select and go to the constituent's record. 5. Select the Revenue tab. 6. Select the Revenue History tab. 7. If the correct revenue filter is already applied, allow the list to load. Otherwise, select the desired reporting filter and click Apply. 8. Allow time for the list to load. Error: The operation has timed out.
