Not Returning student is still showing on reports as a pending candidate

Note: As of July 9, 2018, Blackbaud's School Management solutions (which include Core, onBoard, onCampus, onMessage, and onRecord) are utilizing a new top level navigation. This primarily affects users performing administrative tasks-constituent navigation for most parents, students, faculty, and alumni will remain the same.

When running Re-Enrollment reports or when viewing dashboard totals a Not Returning student still shows.  The student has replied to say that they will not be attending.
  1. In onBoard, Use the People Finder to select the desired student
  2. Go to the Contracts tab
  3. Click the Pencil icon to edit the contract
  4. Enter values into the following fields:
    • Mark the Not Returning checkbox
    • Not Returning Date:
    • Confirmed By:
