Candidates missing from the Contract Summary Totals report

The Contract Summary Totals report will show values for the issued contracts. The Contract Status report will show the details for the numbers found in the summary report. Records may show in the status report but be missing from the summary report totals.

  1. In Enrollment Management, Use the People Finder to select the Candidate
  2. Go to the Contracts tab
  3. Click the Pencil icon to edit the contract settings

The Date Sent and Date Returned fields are needed for the contract to show on the Contract Summary Totals report.  If the contract was uploaded these fields may not have been added.
