You can do this by changing the candidates entering year after processing the Inquiry.
To change the year that a candidate is applying to:
  1. Navigate to Enrollment Management > Admissions > Admissions Management > Inquiries
  2. Process the Inquiry form as though for this year. Assign a checklist,  admissions staff, and create users as normal.
  3. Navigate to Enrollment Management > People Finder
  4. Search for and select the candidate that filed the Inquiry
  5. On the 'Record' tab, click 'edit' under Candidate information
  6. You may then change the entering year, grade, and admissions staff on this screen
  7. Click Save
  8. You may change the Checklist, under the Checklist tab
