To find constituents without an address in Altru: 
  1. Go to Analysis > Information Library
  2. Click Add an ad-hoc query
  3. Select the source view of constituents and click OK. 
  4. From the left column, highlight Address (Primary). From the middle column, drag System record ID to Include records where. Set this to be blank. This will pull in constituents that do not have any address on their record. 
  5. Add any additional information to help with data clean up to Results Fields to display. 
  6. Save your query to access later. 
To find constituents with an incomplete or partial address in Altru: 
  1. Go to Analysis > Information Library
  2. Click Add an ad-hoc query
  3. Select the source view of constituents and click OK. 
  4. From the left column, highlight Address (Primary). From the middle column, drag System record ID to Include records where. Set this to be not blank. This will pull in constituents that have some type of address on their record. 
  5. Next from the middle column, drag Address into Include Records Where. Set this to be Blank. This will return any constituent records that have an address record, but are missing an Address line.
  6. If you'd like to also see constituents that might be missing a City, State, or Zip Code. Drag these fields into Include Records Where and set this to be blank also. 
  7. To see records that might be missing any piece of this information, surround these fields in parenthesis and add Or statements between these filters as pictured below:  User-added image
  8. Add any additional information to help with data clean up to Results Fields to display. 
  9. Save your query to access later.
