To find these records, follow these steps to build a constituent query:
  1. Go to Analysis > Information Library
  2. Click Add an ad-hoc query
  3. Select the source view of constituents and click OK. 
  4. From the left column, highlight Relationships. From the middle column, drag "Is spouse" to include records where and set this to be equal to No. 
  5. With Relationships still highlighted, from the middle column, drag "Relationship Type" to Include Records Where and set this to be one of Spouse, Husband, Wife, or Partner (or whatever options are applicable to your database).
  6. Add any additional information to help with data clean up to Results Fields to display. 
  7. Save your query to access later. 
To clean up these records, follow these steps: 
  1. Open the query and use query browse to view the Constituent Page. 
  2. Go to the Relationships Tab
  3. Click the drop down arrows beside the spouse relationship and click Edit
  4. Check the box "This is the spouse relationship for" and if applicable, "These individuals are members of the same household."
