Error: Cannot read property 'dom' of null when Activating a communication template

When inactivating or activating a communication template for a marketing effort, this error appears for users that are not a system admin.
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future release 

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Login as a user that is not a system admin
  2. Select Marketing and Communications> Communication Templates
  3. Change the Status to Inactive for Template
  4. Change Status to Active
  5. See error
