To have Blackbaud Host your Domain first you will need to purchase the Domain.
Then you will contact Support and let us know you just secured your domain and you would like Blackbaud to host it (Provide the Domain Name).
The records will be created on our servers from Hosting and you will be notified when this is created.
Once we notify you that the records are created you will need to follow the steps outlined in this link
