We would like to know where we can go to make usability recommendations and submit ideas for enhancement that can improve the Luminate Online and Luminate CRM software.
We have an Ideas Portal that is accessible through the Community, Support Portal and Customer Center where enhancement/feature requests can be submitted directly to our Luminate Products Team. These Idea submissions will be pulled directly in to our Products Team future roadmap planning. Your submitted idea will be reviewed by the Product Manager who owns that area of the product and a status update will be provided within a week or two. Your organization's entire staff has the ability to submit ideas, not just your supported administrators.
