I set up an event and included questions on the registration; but in reporting, responses to some of those questions are missing.
This will occur if any of your questions are of the 'Unlimited Text Value' type. Since there is no limit to how long the response can be, Luminate doesn't include them in reporting. To resolve this, you will want to remove the Unlimited Text Value question and recreate it as either a 'Text Value' or 'Short Text Value' question type.
Responses to Text Value questions have a limit of 255 characters
Responses to Short Text Value questions have a limit of 40 characters
For constituents who may have already answered the original Unlimited Text Value questions, you can see their responses within the Interactions tab of their constituent record and viewing the interaction for the event registration.
