Error: Startup Error: Code revision error in 'AddUWTableEntries' - Permission denied. Main Startup Step: CBBStartSeq.Startup. Start Sequence Step: EndCriticalSequence when logging in as any user

When logging in to the software, some users may receive the error message "Error: Startup Error: Code revision error in 'AddUWTableEntries' - Permission denied. Main Startup Step: CBBStartSeq.Startup. Start Sequence Step: EndCriticalSequence"



 
Try each of the following steps in order until the error is resolved: 
 
  1. Set the required NTFS Permissions for the affected users

    Note: When setting permissions, be sure to mark the Reset permissions on all child objects and enable propagation of inheritable permissions checkboxes as this error can occur if NTFS folder permissions did not propagate to the files.

  2. Manually register TLBINF32.DLL
  3. Manually register BBMENUSUPPORT.ocx
  4. Manually update the workstation from the deploy folder
  5. Recreate the Windows profile for the user. For assistance, contact your IT department or appropriate computer professional.
