This occurs when the Sender Email Address for a TeamRaiser is not configured correctly. This can be caused by the field containing invalid characters (like commas) or if it is not populated with an email address. To verify this, please follow these steps:
  1. Click Edit next to the TeamRaiser
  2. Click Select Event Options
  3. Scroll down to Related Actions and click Edit Advanced Options
  4. Click b. Define Event Options
  5. Scroll to 4. Sender Email Address and verify that this is configured without invalid characters and is a valid email address
  6. Click Save
Your participants will now be able to successfully send emails from their Participant Centers.
