Addresses are duplicated when importing into a constituent update batch

When importing constituent and address information, some addresses are duplicated and result in a message:

The address you entered already exists for this constituent
This could be a valid message if it is a result of address standardization.

Scenario:
Address standardization is configured to replace 'Street' with 'St'
Address exists on constituent record:  555 Charleston St
Address exists in import file as:  555 Charleston Street

In the above scenario, addresses will be standardized at the time of import, changing the imported address to 555 Charleston St.  If the standardized address is a match the message is received 'The address you entered already exists for this constituent'.

The duplicate address will need to be removed from the address collection field in batch.
