An eCommerce Catalog has been created in Blackbaud Sphere, and there are some products showing on an Event eCommerce page that should only be visible on the back end of the event.
This occurs when the Sphere Only option is not enabled on the Advanced tab of the product. In Webinfo Checklist > ECommerce Catalog, the product name will display with a red asterisk beside it when Sphere Only is enabled (*).
1. Navigate to Communities> Special Events> Friends Asking Friends> Kinterathon 2. Hover over your event and select Website Info 3. Select eCommerce Catalog 4. Select the product you wish to edit 5. Navigate to Advanced 6. Select Sphere only 7. Save and Publish
