When trying to import business name to a constituent record, you may encounter the following error in the outputted batch. Import error: No results for field "Business" using search list for "Organization Search" were found.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
Steps to Duplicate
Go to Constituents > Batch Entry.
Click on Batch Templates. Click on the batch template being used in the import process, and click Edit.
Go to the Select fields and defaults tab.
On the left, select Business name and move this field to the right.
Save the batch template.
Go to Administration > Import.
Edit your import process you are using.
Go to the map fields tab.
Map the business name field in your csv file to the business field
Go to Set Options > Other tab. Make sure the Search List settings are set to quick find.
