Designation is not visible in the Apply to Commitments window after saving a revenue update batch

When you initially apply a payment to a pledge in a revenue update batch you can see the designation.  After the batch is saved and closed the designation no longer appears in the Apply to Commitments window.
Download and install the latest patch which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.

Steps to Duplicate

1.  Add a pledge
2.  Add a donation for the same amount as the pledge (not associated with the pledge)
3.  Create a Revenue Update Batch
4.  Search for and select the donation added in step 2
5.  Open the Apply to Commitments window, delete the donation and apply it to the pledge and then select OK
6.  Save and close the batch
7.  Edit the batch and open the Apply to Commitments window and notice the designation (Description) is missing
