TeamRaiser events use donation forms in order to process transactions. The names of the donation form associated with your TeamRaiser event in Luminate Online is the value that populates the Luminate Online donation form name description. You can follow the steps listed below in order to see which donation form is associated with your TeamRaiser event.
  1. In Luminate Online, go to Fundraising > TeamRaiser
  2. Search for the name of the TeamRaiser event and select edit
  3. Click Step 2. Select Fundraising Options
  4. View the selection made in the drop down under 1. Donation Form. The listed name is the donation campaign and form that will be associated with donations that come in for the event.
If you would like you can create a new donation form for your TeamRaiser event with a naming convention that would be preferable. This change will not be retroactive and will not alter the name associated with existing registrations or gifts and will only impact future transactions made on your event.
