Package Information Credited to First Package Listed in Appeals Analysis Report

When running the Appeal Analysis Report, you can include package information in the Format of the report. In the results, the report may display the incorrect packages for gifts.

If user chooses to Include Package Information and Gift Reporting by Individual on the Format tab under Detail, the gifts that have Package Information on them all are credited to the first package listed on the list no matter what package is selected.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Click on Reports > Analytical Reports > Appeals Analysis Report and click New
2. Go to the Format tab and click on Detail
3. Click on Individual under Gift Reporting
4. Check the box for Include package information
5. Preview the report

You will notice those appeals that have multiple packages associated with them will have all gifts attributed to the first package on the list instead of the package that is associated with the gift.
