This is possible through the Report Writer module: Luminate Online>Data Management>Reports>Click the Report Writer tab
First, the desired report should be created and saved. More information on Report Writer reports can be found here.
To schedule a report and have the results emailed to an administrator, follow these steps:
- Find the desired report in the Report Writer list page
- Click Run Report from the Actions column
- Go to option c. Set Report Schedule
- Select the option to Schedule this report to run on a recurring basis
- Click Next
- Select the Group Type and Group that the desired administrator(s) belong to, and select their name(s)
- Once all the desired admins appear in the Selected column, click Next
- Click Run Report
The report will run according to the schedule, and all selected admins will receive an email with the report results when the results are available.
