Some common data issues that would cause an account to be missed by BAR (Benefit Auto-Renew procedure):
1. The AUTO_RENEW classification is inactive. 2. The AUTO_RENEW classification has an end date in the past. 3. The account has a membership (MEM) benefit that was not set to OK to deliver 4. The account has an active membership benefit with auto renew set to 'N'. 5. The account has already been renewed, presumably outside the BAR process, and thus has an expiration date too far in the future to be picked up. 6. The expiration date in account activities is blank or incorrect.
