An error occurred before executing the process ‘AddressFinder Get Process’ : Failed to process results file. Exception: Index was outside the bounds of the array

Users of Blackbaud CRM 3.0 and 4.0 may receive the following error while attempting to download their AddressFinder results in step 2 of the process: 
An error occurred before executing the process ‘AddressFinder Get Process’ : Failed to process results file. Exception: Index was outside the bounds of the array
Download and install the latest patch which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
 

Steps to Duplicate

1. Log in to BBCRM and go to Administration > Data Tune-up > AddressFinder.
2. In 'Step 2. Get file from Blackbaud' click Start Process.
3. Error occurs: "An error occurred before executing the process ‘AddressFinder Get Process’ : Failed to process results file. Exception: Index was outside the bounds of the array."
