To remove access to a report:

  1. Under the Faculty persona, go to Reports > View All.
  2. Click on Report Admin.
  3. In the Report Search field, enter the word "cumulative" and click on Find.
  4. Click on the Role link for Cumulative Grades E report (this is located under the Grade Book category).
  5. In the new window, click on Student (and Parent) and then click on Remove from Group.
  6. Click Save & Exit.

When you're ready to grant access back to the report for Students and Parents, follow the same steps above, but instead click on the Student and Parent role in the Available Roles box and then click on Add to Group on Step #5.
