1. Go to Revenue > Batch Entry.
  2. Click Batch Templates under Tasks.
  3. Click on Constituent Update Batch and click Copy.
  4. Enter a new batch template name and click Save.
  5. Click on the new constituent update batch template and click Edit.
  6. Go to the select fields and defaults tab.
  7. Click on email addresses in the available field options on the left.
  8. Click the right arrow to move it into selected fields.
  9. Click Save.
  10. Repeat your batch entry or import with the new email address fields.
