Declined constituents appear in Did not Respond section of Event Profile Report

Declined constituents appear in Did not Respond section of Event Profile Report.  This occurs when the same Constituents are included in multiple Invitation processes.  
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future release 

Steps to Duplicate

Steps to duplicate:
 
  1. Create a new event called Donor Recognition for date in future
  2. Before saving the event select Copy Options
  3. Select to Copy from Donor Recognition template.  Select to copy the options, invitations and invitees. 
  4. Save the event
  5. Go to the Invitees Tab
  6. Select the Invitee list
  7.  Then click to Send Invitees to Donor Recognition 2015 invitees
  8. Enter a mail date of today and click Start
  9. Click Start
  10. Go back to the Event and select the Registrations tab
  11. Right-click on a Constituent and click Register
  12. Select a registration option and click Save
  13. Right-click on another Constituent such as Sean Davenport or Robert Hernandez and select Mark as Declined.  Remember these Constituents’ names
  14. Select Event Profile Report and select View Report
  15. Scroll to the Did Not Respond section
  16. The Constituent you marked as declined will NOT appear there
  17. Go back to the invitations tab of the event
  18. Add a new Invitation
  19. Name it Invitees 2
  20. On the Processing options tab select Send through mail only
  21. Select the package named invitation Package and click Save
  22.  Open the invitation named Invitees 2
  23. Select Add multiple Constituents
  24. Find selection named donors
  25. Click Save
  26. Send Invitees 2 to Donor Recognition 2015 invitees
  27. Enter a mail date of today and click Start
  28. Once the process finishes go back to the event record
  29. Select Event Profile Report and select View Report
  30. Find the Did not Respond section.
  31. The Constituents that are marked as declined appear there
