You may find that you have not already scheduled a program event when you need to add it to your reservation. These steps discuss how to schedule a program from inside the Group Sales Module
To schedule a program:
1. Create the reservation in Group Sales 2. Click on the hyperlinked name of the Itinerary under Manage Itineraries 3. Click "Schedule program event" from the tasks menu on the left 4. Build the program you need to schedule. This will usually be a one-time occurrence.Make sure that the date is the same as your reservation, and the time within the time window your group will be on site. Save. 5. User's your browsers back button to return to the Manager Itineraries screen. From the right, click "add scheduled program." Highlight and select the program you just created.
