Transaction appearing in the plugin everyday

After a donor has submitted a transaction through the NetCommunity website, the transaction appears in the Plugin within Raiser's Edge every day.

The donor is only charged once, and the transaction does not appear in the Merchant Account more than once.

 
Confirm NetCommunity is on the latest version on the Web Server, Raiser's Edge Web Server and plugin.

How to find the version of Blackbaud NetCommunity

Steps to Duplicate

1. Navigate to The Raisers Edge
2. Select the NetCommunity plugin
3. Select Donations
4. Observe transaction appear
5. Process or delete transaction
6. Check back the next day, and note that the transaction appears again in the Plugin.
