Email privacy is not showing as an option for front end users

When creating a "Profile Update Form" form, we have the option to allow a user to set their email as private.
In this case, when adding the ability to show as Private, it does not show the option to the end users.
Download and install the latest service pack, which contains all fixes from previous service packs. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the service pack. 

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log into BBIS
  2. Create Profile Update form, and page with Form part to display item
    • On Form add "Email addresses" from the left "Contact information" category
    • Set the advanced settings on the field for "Privacy enabled" to "Yes"
  3. Open the page to view as a regular website visitor and log in with a non application user account
  4. Note that the email field does not display the option for marking the email as Private
