The first method is through Code tables:
- From Administration, select Code tables.
- Find the Resource category
- Select Resource category
- Click Add
- Enter the name of the new category in the Description field and save.
The second method is through editing or adding a new resource:
- From Tickets, select Resources.
- Click Add, or select an existing resource and click Edit.
- In the Category field, type in the name of the category that you want to create.
- Tab to the next field and you will be given a message stating that the category does not exist and asks if you want to create it.
- Click Yes.
- Then finish creating or editing your new resource by clicking Save.
