Committee tab is visible when it shouldn't be

Upgrading version 4.0 from SP2 to SP3 appears to change the Visible setting on the Committees tab on a constituent record from an expression to ‘True.’ 

This makes the tab visible when it should not be, eliciting the error message: "The section could not be loaded. The record specified does not exist for this data form."
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Go to any constituent record
  2. Toggle on Design mode
  3. Select Edit tabs
  4. Scroll down to and select Committee
  5. Select Edit
  6. Observe:
  • SP3:  Visible = True
  • SP2: Visible = Page.Fields!ISCOMMITTEE AndAlso (Page.Fields!CANSOLICITREVENUE orElse Page.Fields!CANSETCOMMITTEEGOALS orElse Page.Fields!CANCOORDINATEEVENTS orElse Page.Fields!HASFUNDRAISINGGOALS OrElse Page.Fields!HASCOMMITTEEGOALS OrElse Page.Fields!HASCAMPAIGNS OrElse Page.Fields!HASEVENTS)
