Blank Exception Batches are created when a General Ledger error is shown in Enhanced Revenue Batches

When importing transactions via a lockbox into an Enhanced Revenue Batch, some transactions are showing the message " In account system "Name", account segments have not been defined for the segment values: Segment "Designation': Designation: Name. When importing, users selected the option to create exception batches however they are blank.
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack.  

Steps to Duplicate

  1. In Administration, run the custom lockbox process
  2. Go to Revenue, Batch Entry
  3. See Blank Exception batches
