Blank exclamation point error when saving static query on secondary monitor

When creating and saving a static query on a secondary monitor, error with exclamation point inside yellow triangle appears. Static query still saves without issues.  When creating and saving on the main monitor, no error appears.

When creating a query list and adding/removing records from query list on second monitor, error will occur and remove all records from list.  If the query list is saved on primary monitor, query list saves correctly without the error.
This was resolved in The Raiser's Edge 7.96, patch 4, released in May 2017 and applied to databases in Blackbaud Hosting Services. If your database is installed locally, download and install the latest version and patch, if applicable.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Login to any workstation with multiple monitors.
2. Go to Query> New Query
3. Move the New Query window to the second monitor
       - Type: Constituent, Format: Static
4. Enter Criteria and click Save - no error appears.
5. Close the query
7. Re-open the saved static query on second monitor again
8. Edit the Criteria
9. Click Run Now
10. Click Save
11. Error appears

Note: For Query Lists - when records are added or removed from list and saved on secondary monitor, all records are cleared from list and error appears.
