If you are working in the Event Record:
  1. On the event record, go to the Registrations tab.
  2. Click Add.
  3. In the Registrant field at the top, enter the constituent who is paying.
  4. Select the registration option and for the registrant, select unnamed guest OR enter the constituent that is using that seat.
  5. Click Save.
OR 
  1. On the event record, go to the Registrations tab.
  2. Click on the registrant's name.
  3. On the Registrations tab, click Edit.
  4. Scroll to the bottom to the blank row.  
  5. Click on the dropdown and choose the registration option they want to purchase.
  6. Change all the registrant names for this option to Unnamed guest or to another constituent name than the original registrant.
If you are working in Advance Sales:
  1. Select the proper patron and click Create Order.
  2. Click Event Registration and locate the Event through the search tool.
  3. On the right of Registrations, click Add.
  4. Choose the Registration Options needed for this patron. It will list all seats that come with the Option.
  5. Under the Registrant column, change the Registrant names to Unnamed guest or to another constituent who will take this seat. Make sure no two registrant names match.
  6. Save the Registration.
