Error: General ODBC Error: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server] Subquery returned more than 1 value - when posting grades

Users may receive the following error when posting grades from FAWeb or attempting to add a faculty record to the system:

General ODBC Error: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server] Subquery returned more than 1 value.  This is not permitted when the subquery follows =, !=, <, <=, >, >=, or when the subquery is used as an expression.  Native Error: 512.
 [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server] The statement has been terminated.
Native Error: 3621
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information. 

Steps to Duplicate

Steps to duplicate:

1. Go to Records
2. Choose Faculty/Staff
3. Click Add a New Faculty/Staff member
4. Add a first name, last name, and any additional information
5. Save and Receive the error

OR

1. Go to Administration
2. Choose Post from FAWeb
3. Choose the 15-16 year, the school (there is only one), and the Regular Session
4. Choose to Post Grades, Skills, Comments
5. Post from Q1 to Q1
6. Do not set any filters
7. Validate, receive no errors
8. Post and receive the ODBC error
