Normally, when this occurs, it is due to the image being created with and Adobe or other graphics editing application. Please have the individual who created it, to recreate it, but to ensure when exporting their image file, that the application does not have sRGB turned on. 

Blackbaud is unable to address this issue because it is related to third-party software. For assistance with adobe, please contact the third-party vendor here.
