Error: Object variable or with block not set - when running updated address report or updating address in The Raiser's Edge

A user may submit data for AddressFinder.  When the data is returned, the user goes to either 
  • run the updated address report or
  • update addresses
User gets the error: "Object variable or with block not set."
This issue is due to a data issue that support will need to resolve.  Please Contact support and provide the solution ID.
 

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log into The Raiser's Edge 
  2. Go to Data Health Center
  3. Submit for AddressFinder by clicking submit your data
  4. Wait for notification that the data is ready
  5. Click Download Update data
  6. Click either Updated address report OR Update data
  7. Error message pops here
