Error: Unable to load datalist. ResearchPoint was unable to authenticate your WealthPoint subscription.

Users may try to
  • search for new prospects
  • load a query
  • load a reserach list
  • WealthPoint screen a constituent
They then receive the error: "Unable to load datalist.  ResearchPoint was unable to authenticate you WealthPoint subscription"
This is caused by a temporary disruption between ResearchPoint and the WealthPoint service.  Please wait a few minutes and try again. If the error continues  Chat with Support , reference this article, and a support analyst will assist you. 


 

Steps to Duplicate

1. Log into ResearchPoint
2. Try to do almost anything
3. Error may pop
