Load Balancer sends out internal IP address instead of donor IP address

Users may notice in the Suspect Transaction Report that there are transactions from multiple cards, but the same name and amount. These transactions all come from the internal IP address, rather than the donor IP address.
This issue is caused by the load balancer attaching the internal IP to each transaction rather than the donor IP.

It can be resolved by adding the following to the appsettings in the web config file.  The value for 'value' may need to be modified depending on the load balancer or proxy--if HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR doesn't work. You may need to consult with load balancer resources for other possible values):

<add key="UserIPHTTPHeader" value="HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR"/>
