Contact type and number do not populate for payments in records or query

When querying on payment contact information, nothing outputs and when you open a payment, the contact information did not transfer from the vendor/invoice remit section
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Steps to Duplicate

1. In Records, Invoices, create a new invoice or open an existing unpaid invoice
2. Notice the Remit to field has the name of the address which is where the contact information is set up
3. Select the Payments/Credits tab and click Pay Now and notice it does not fill anything in the contact type or number fields and you cannot manually enter it
4. Because of this in a payment query if you output contact type or contact number, it is blank
