1. Go to Core > Settings > Profile > Profile Publish Access
  2. Select Incoming Student from the drop down
  3. Select the Edit button in the upper right screen
  4. Mark the roles to Publish To in the directory, (example: Incoming Student to Teacher)
  5. Select Save 
  6. Next select Manage Publish Fields link for Student to Teacher as an example

  2. Mark all of the boxes for the information to publish to the directory
  3. Select Save & Close
  4. Note: It takes 24 hours for the directory to update.
