Duplicate Luminate Online records are sent to the RE-LO integration plug-in hundreds of times

Some users have reported the Raiser's Edge sending duplicate records to Luminate Online, which are then sent back to the RE-LO integration plugin to be processed.
This issue has been resolved in version 1.4.5686 of the Luminate Online plug in and version 1.4.15208.2 of Blackbaud web services, available on August 4th, 2015. Download and install the latest version of Blackbaud Web Services and/or the RELO plug-in, if applicable.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Navigate to the RE-LO integration plug-in
2. Notice that there are duplicates present in the plug-in to be processed, sometimes numbering in the hundreds
