To show a course grade on a report card but not on a transcript follow these steps:
  1. Navigate to Academics > Grades > Grading Setup > Grade Plan Groups
  2. Set the Filter options for the Group Type, School Level, and Style
  3. Select Add to set up a Grade Plan Group to be applied to the individual course User-added image
  4. Navigate to School Year Setup and select Add to set up the Grade Plan in the new Grade Plan Group

  6. Select Next
  7. In this section leave the check box unmarked on Include on Transcript Builder to keep the course associated with this grade plan off of the transcript. User-added image
  8. To add additional grades and comments select the link to Add Grades/Comments
  9. When complete select Save & Exit
  10. Complete the same steps for each semester
Next set up the course in Academics > Scheduling > Departments & Courses

  2. In the Grading tab select the Grade Plan from the For standard grades drop down that is associated with the course that will be graded on the report card
