Constituent attributes not available for use in Profile Update Form

When attempting to locate and/or add a Constituent attribute to a Form in BBIS, it is not available, even though it was created and is active in BBECRM.

Log into BBIS as a Supervisor and follow these steps:  

  1. Go to Administration > Code Tables
  2. Click Refresh code tables
  3. Go to Administration > Sites & Settings
  4. Scroll down to the Attributes section
  5. Under Constituent Attributes, mark the appropriate attribute you wish to make available for your BBIS parts
  6. Scroll up to the top of the page and click Save
